How does one go about setting the TPS on a 2002 300X ?
Easiest to do with a DDT or Computer Diagnostic System (dealer item).
Can be done with a volt meter also...... following the directions in the OEM Service Manual for testing TPS voltage.

Save your money. The TPS itself is NOT adjustable.![]()
The only settings you'll be able to adjust would be the throttle arm itself (unless this engine has been modified.... I've seen a couple of Eric Simon's setups with an adjustable TPS link arm).
In either case- you'd want a DDT or Computer Diagnostic System connected to the engine to make any adjustments (or monitor the TPS readings).
