Re: Rain for the weekend (eland)

I've got too many projects and they all involve being outside.

If I stay inside, I have to do domestic work.

would that be like in washing & drying the clothes, loading the dishwasher, mopping the floors, dusting......... more I think about it, I think I will just have to get wet all over again...... Ricky196

Ricky, don't let the weather keep you off the water.

The fish are biting like crazy right now.

Got a 7+ this afternoon, and caught the hell out of 'em at Toledo last weekend!

Would you mind giving me a clue to the depth and cover type you were fishing, going to Toledo in a few days and need some idea of where to start?

The reports I've read are up and down.

Cannot believe a darn things these fools predict. I will wake up Sat and see what turns up. 2 days ago Sat was suppose to be dry and 70

last time i went fishish it only got up to 40 with 5-10 knot...i mean mph winds...no, knot was ok here, and only got to fish 1 hour before i was called back to work. and i was over an hour away from home in middle of the lake, what a bummer. so this weekend is looking good too bad you cant trust weathermen

It was freezin' ass cold and rainy, water temp 48, and we caught 'em on red and white craw traps in 2 to 3 ft of water with scattered grass. The faster you burned it, the harder they hit it.
