Cost wise, i think it depends on your vehicle, not sure. You have to put your license plate number and pick the plate then it tells you how much.

The Town Talk in Alexandria said $26 in addition to regular license fees.
Sounds good when they say $26. Until you get all the other fee's attached. I plugged my plate number and it was around $55.
