BIG FISH !!!

Went Bass fishing for a bit today flipped a jig up next to a log bout 3 foot of water. Bounced it once the water boiled and it surged for deep water by first few thoughts were Big Bass, Big Carp, or BEAVER !!! Fought the fish for around 20-25 mins on a med heavy rod 14 pound test line. My forearms were burning and my heart pumping haven't had an adrenaline rush that long in awhile. My net was WAY to small so I took a towel I carry to wipe my hands wrapped it around my hand and grabbed his bottom lip and heaved him into the boat. Got the fish weighed and scales said 56 pounds !!! Let him go to catch another day a fish that old is a Living Legend in my books no need to kill him. Just wanted to share my excitement.
