    Need help...

    with my homework. I have been given a sheet of questions to complete for homework from one of my classes. I am not supposed to google these.
    Question #1 A child is born in Boston, Massachusetts to parents who were both born in Boston, MA as well. The child is not a United States citizen. How is this possible?

    Answer to come at 5:30pm when I get it in class tonight.
