Man, been a terrible week. My wife's grandma, Sue, was just rushed to the Hospital with Stroke like symptoms. Alot of you knew her, she used to run the marina before it sold. Could not find a nicer lady anywhere!!! Anyways, hope you make it through this Sue, we love you!!!

We haven't heard very much, but all the docs can say is that she is "doing fine"...
I just came from the hospital and Sue seems to be doing fine, they think she had a mild form of a stroke. Her speach is back to normal and according to her, she is ready to go home. they were going to check her coraded (sp) arteries, so i left, in the morning they are doing an MRI. Bill is weathering this ok, just wishing it were he instead of his lovely wife.
Met her Once , very nice lady , and would talk your leg Off..

I had a stroke three years ago next April. When I wpke up I couldn't talk, couldn't read, couldn't write. I went home from the hospital four days later and the next day drove myself to the rehab specialists. My wife wrote a note for me in case I got stopped by officers that I could show them - telling them I had a stroke and call her. I didn't have any problem and started the rehab that day. Rehab every day for two months and I went bacl to work. Still have a problem with my speech - but I can live with it.
