Of coarse......I can remember the days when ti was between CU & NU for it.....but its been time coming for a nice Rivalry game up here in Lincoln

Yeah, everyone should call out K-State. Picked last in the Big 12 North at the start of the year and now they control their own destiny when it comes to a division championship...
Terribly loss to Missouri Saturday and I'm not sure of our chances in Lincoln, but it is still nice to know we have a shot while KU has lost 5 in a row and is DEAD LAST in the conference standings.
I like K-state but their season is kinda misleading. They have had some good games but the fact that they played two one double a teams helps the cause. They more than likely wont even get a bowl game at all because of it!

Please tell me what playing 2 lower division teams has to do with KSU playing for the North title Saturday in Lincoln?

Didnt say anything about a title. Saying that they have scheduled gravy games since 03. They have not beat a real team all year. Dont try to tell me UCLA was a good team either.

Nevada isnt a bad team at all. They are all better than umass and tenn tech i think it was.
I think it will be a pretty good game. NU by 10. I hope Suh and Crick get more active then they were against KU.
If mizzou held them without a Touchdown then Nebraska should be able to shut them out or close to it. KSU cant throw the ball.
Nebraska D has been good this year so it will be up to the offense to throw up some points as has been the case all year. KSU hasn't seen a D like Nebraska has this year. I'd say Huskers win by 10.
I think Kstate has a chance, but looking at it straight up, I'd have to say the Huskers. Hopefully it's a great game. I'm assuming it's televised?
I will confess that I am a KSU grad and fan, so with that said...
I really think that the key for KSU winning is to first prevent an early lead by NU. And play solid non-turnover ball for the whole game....
If we can stop a 10-20 point lead early, I think we have a 50% chance. Other wise we will not win the game... The first quarter is the key. We cannot start out the game like we did at OU, we came back against them but couldn't overcome the early deficit..
I just have a feeling that NU is gonna roll though....

I'm not liking KSU's chances personally; we live by the run with Thomas and I'll bet NU is just gunning to shut that down; unfortunatly KSU doesn't have much for a passing game to back that up with
That being said, KSU by 17 and send all of Nebraska packing for a long winter counting down the days until next season what they can pretend they still have something to be proud of
