    Re: KSU (KSranger4KU)

I'll tell ya what........I have seen and know of some Bandwagon Fans.......NON of these guys on here are that at all.......there with KSU through thick & thin........and most of them are MAN enough to admit when they SUK & when they dont............so I will Give Tim, Casey, Chris, Tim, Terry....and a few others I cant remember right now(sorry) credit for there SUpport of there Team

I know we got some KU fans on here as well as maybe 3 Husker fans........I will fully admit that I did not back the Huskers one I-oda when Cali-ham was there.......but things are back they way they are supposed to be now (I hope) and I have been supportive of them again this year.........but I will NEVER put myself at the same level as any of you guys when it comes to Team support I cant even get to that point

I think its just nice to be able to rub it in. At least for the past couple of seasons. What the future holds for KU football is anyones guess.

    Re: KSU (tritonryan)

Amen, Ryan. I count myself as one of the forever KSU fans - I've been one since 1 and 10 was a great season. There were exactly TWO bright spots in K-State football when I went there - Gary Spani and Paul Coffman (backup QB Carson Coffman's father). There were many VERY BRIGHT SPOTS between 1989 and 2005 engineered by Bill Snyder including the 2003 Big XII Championship. Not so much in 2006-8 - OK, the Cats mostly sucked those years! Lord willing, there will be many more BRIGHT SPOTS now that Snyder's back.

Here's my only prediction about 2009 football - the Governor's Cup will return to Manhattan!

BTW - how many Bix XII Football Championship trophies do they have over in Larry-ville?? Oh - and which BCS Bowl it is that the Squawks are going to this year?????

You want to see fair weather fans - look at chief fans, since they are having a losing season, they just barley sell out the home games, last weeks game darn near didn't get televised...

We have a pretty good staff together at this point. Snyder is definitely attacking this thing. I was really surprised to see him step out of his ring of past players/coaches in the Ludwig hire. I am definitely starting to get pumped for next season already.

    Re: KSU (chunter_ksu)

It has been no secret there are connections between Urban Meyer and Snyder. Meyer spent a lot of time here studying Snyder's old offense several years ago. Snyder has openly said his favorite offensive scheme is Florida's, so the choice makes sense. Very pleased with the staff and there are some big name recruits already showing renewed interest in KSU, including some that are already at some high profile schools...Sure feels like things are back on the right track, but we'll see. I know I will still have my season tickets.

Which bowl game is KSU going to this year?? KU will be playing in Tempe...I think you KSU fans will remember that staduim??? Didn't KSU's star QB get into a little bit of trouble down there??

Sorry but Bill Snyder will not return KSUCK to greatness...what is going to happen when he leaves/retires again in a couple years?? Right back to square one to start the building process again.

Next year KU by only 21 over KSUCK!!
