    Official WilsonFest 2008 thread!

    OK...........I think we got a good Idea of Who we got coming.

    Place............Wilson lake located 1 hour West & north of Salina
    time..............October 4th...........arrival night of the 3rd optional but recommended to participate in "Festivities" Fish on 4th and have a Grand Ol' Time night of the 4th........go home on the 5th.


    as of this point we have

    Jason - Boater(Terry G)
    Bob - Boater
    Jody Pfannenstiel - Boater
    Terry - non boater (Jason H)
    Ryan - non boater
    Dell Mettlen - Boater
    Mike Long - Boater
    Jason Taton - Non boater but can Boat if needed.
    Shawn Berry (Salina) non boater unless we need a boat
    Jim Johns - Non Boater

    Blaha - possible depending on Schedule - Boater??
    Tim- Depending on the Kitty cats.....non?

    anyone else who thinks they might attend please post on thread.

    Looks good so far. The cabins may be full to the rim. They can sleep 4, each with his own bed. Beyond that, you would have to do it Ryan style. Or sleep on the floor, cot, etc... Absolute max is probably 5. I might be able to park my camper next to a cabin and have two more beds, otherwise, any overflow could stay in the campground.

    Should be a great time. The weather's usually great, there isn't anybody else on the lake to speak of, and the fishing can be really good, numbers wise.

    I'll go ahead and pin this one.....

    Sounds like a plan to me. I'm in as either a boater or non-boater -- if I'm decently recovered from my Sept 4th surgery.

    Count me in, I got a boat nothing speacial but it floats and runs heck i'v even cought a couple fish with it, I'l bring a tent sleping bags and a cooler or 3


    Tow rig 93 dodge 250 with cummins auto, 2x4 and cold a/c

    Real trucks dont have spark plugs, Dodge makes it Cummins shakes it

    Hope you can make it Jim. Bring that Wilson map, the Toon guys get extra advice, not that mine's worth anything.

    It would actually be easier for me to go as a non since I wouldn't be coming until after the KSU game that day if I make it at all...
