Well, we skipped Truman last month due to high water so we only have 3 more tournaments left to decide the Year End Top 10. The club allows anglers to drop their two worst scores so this year the best 7 of 9 will be counted.

Ole Bob has been hanging on for dear life. It's not the angler though... It's those Fitzwater Custom Lures Jigs and FBB Iron Claw trailers. No joke, my partner never got bit Saturday until I gave him some trailers. He lost no less than 8 jigs over the course of the evening, so I wasn't about to give up the "Gorilla Jig"

Truthfully I'm sweating it. Larry and Dennis both do well on Pomme and I tend to bomb there. Better say my prayers and sharpen my jig hooks.

Don't worry about me....I haven't fished hardly any club tourn. this year. Don't know if I plan on fishing any more this year. Hard to justify spending all that money for point fishing vs. tournaments that you can win a little gas money. The gas prices have taken all the fun out of tournament fishing for me. I'll just stay around the house and have fun fishing close.

Amen to that. That is my exact philosophy with the Rallys. Don't get me wrong, I love them to death, they are a blast, but I would like to win some $$$. I would like to join the Salina club, lots of great guys there with tons of knowledge, but can't justify the exspenses without the chance to put a dollar in my pocket. I am thinking about fishing this fishers of men circuits next year.
