Summer Internship?

I know its a little late but my first offer kind of fell through! I was wondering if any of you guys in the business world here in Kansas had any internships you knew of? I am an econ major with a minor in business which is finished. Any ideas let me know! Thanks!

I'd put you in touch with Honeywell FM&T in KCMO as that is where I have my internship this summer, but they go through their entire internship program in the late fall every year for the upcoming summer. Not sure how many econ major's are there but you should look into them next year or for full time work; really cool place to work and the pay ain't shabby either

i'm not sure if Cox Communications has one or not, but our Kansas HQ is in Wichita. Give them a shot

Thanks for the idea about cox. I just dont know if they would have anything close to me since their service isnt around me.

And i know i should have been doing this late fall but i was an idiot and didnt for some reason! Thanks again guys!

I'm working as an operations manager; I oversee specific departments in their supply chain and also serve on a number of project committee's throughout the summer.

As a 2nd year intern I will make $3,200/month

haha, I can believe that I love it here, besides 1 class that is a b!$%# I try not to spend much time on campus, got good fishing/hunting close by, aggieville 3 blocks away, 2 boats at my house, house full of friends..... not looking forward to a small apartment in KC working 40 hr weeks
