My concerts have been cut down a little bit since I knocked up the wife. Money is a little tighter now that we have to save up for a change. So the $50 or $60 in double crown and cokes I would drink tonight is holding me back. I sold my tickets to a guy in the office today since I had to write a couple checks for a little over a $1000 combined for state and federal taxes.
Yeah there are a bunch of us going. Still hoping Longhorn's sticks to the $1.50 wells tonight, but doubt they will since there is a concert. At least their concert tickets are getting cheaper, 15 bucks for Boland isn't bad.
No that is a good price. I am sure I will be kicking myself tomorrow. I haven't missed one of his shows in Manhattan in quite awhile. My most memorable was shooting the chit with them on Boland's tour bus after the show in February 2007 (it was my birthday as a matter of fact so I got completely ripped before the show started). I lasted about 15 minutes on the bus before I was so second hand high that I was hardly able to get up. They definitely like to wind down in a hurry
