Is it just me or is the game not on TV. Can't find it anywhere except on PPV. I have Dish Network

The paper this morning said ESPN plus, which I get with Direct TV. Not sure on Dish Network though.

I have dish, but it is the basic package. Don't watch most the channels I get now don't want to pay for more I won't watch.
