Looks as if the Ice Storm Warning is going to stay mroe south this time...........SE and Central eastern part of Kansas and throughout middle of missouri is ogin to get the most of this now

People in Joplin MO, and most of extreem SE kansas have lost power. A friend of mine has a daughter in Carl Junction who lost power yesterday morning.

Radio was reporting several in OK that had lost power too.
