FREEZING RAIN OR A MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN IS LIKELY TO
DEVELOP OVER THE AREA TONIGHT CONTINUING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
THE WINTRY MIX WILL LIKELY LINGER INTO SATURDAY AFTERNOON
NORTHWEST THROUGH NORTHEAST OF THE OMAHA AREA. SOME ICE
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1/4 INCH OR GREATER ARE QUITE POSSIBLE. A STRONG
UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL LIFT OUT OF THE SOUTHERN PLAINS
TONIGHT CAUSING SURFACE LOW PRESSURE TO DEEPEN OVER EASTERN
COLORADO AND NORTHWEST KANSAS SATURDAY. THIS AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
IS EXPECTED TO TRACK NEAR AND KANSAS AND NEBRASKA BORDER SATURDAY
AFTERNOON BEFORE LIFTING ACROSS IOWA SATURDAY NIGHT. VERY WARM AND
MOIST AIR ALOFT WILL BE PULLED NORTH INTO THIS SYSTEM LATE TONIGHT
AND ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAY. THE WARM MOIST AIR WILL BE LIFTED OVER
COLD CANADIAN AIR AT THE SURFACE. THIS WILL LEAD TO A VARIETY OF
PRECIPITATION TYPES ACROSS THE PLAINS

There expecting .25 to half inch of Ice around here

They changed the forecast here to a warmer rain instead of ice. Supposed to be in the 50s tomorrow here. I'll be at the farm looking for a plump tasty doe

Yeah...............they have changed it 3 times this week.......1st it was supposed to be more Northernly..........then it was goign to go more south (Ie you wer expected to get ice and we get more snow).............Now there saying the system will move right across the middle

I wish I could be right less than half the time and still get paid for it
