In practice we were looking for areas that held feeding fish, so we were doing a lot of moving from the main lake points to the backs of the feeder creeks. we were throwing wiggle warts, spinner baits, rattle traps, and suspending jerks baits.

No one bite on the spinnerbait or the rattle trap, couple of dinks on the wiggle wart, and partner had a few nice fat ( but short ) spots on the suspending jerk bait.
