Guy found dead at Local lake

this is the 2nd time at this lake in about 10-12 years

My first impression due to the manner in which he was dressed was that the lake was the dump site and that he was a victim of foul play.

thats the impression the Sherriffs dept is goin with.....esp since they cant find a vehicle or anything else in the area.
