I got real close to that weight at Milford several years ago in a jack pot buddy bass tournament.
All SM and it was right at the 18 pounds.

I've never even been close to a 20lb sack in ANY tourney.......I'm lucky to have broke the 10lb mark a couple times and that be it

I wouldnt worry about that too much john.............Spots that can run in the 2.5-3lb range will work just fine for me.

BTW.......I think I can get a few 3lb smallies in da boat for that matter done it down there B4
