Well I was worried a little myself but the wife decided to go to Grad School so it looks like I get to live here for another 3-3.5 yrs. Now I just have to find a reasonable place to live (and store a boat). Anyone know of any 2-3br houses that are not $2000 a month?

Oh sorry to hijack the post... Gotta love people that don't take into account the road conditions.

Finding a place up there I fear is going to be scary.

I might as well just live in a van down by the river.

Re: 37 Car pile up (Duff)

KC is not as a bad as people may think....As for housing, the market is great right now for buyers, I am closing on my first home next Wednesday. Lots of good properties out there you can find a deal on. I was able to get $12k off the price of my home and my mortgage payments will be just a couple hundred dollars more than what I was paying in rent for a 2 brm apartment. If you need a good realtor, let me know, I have just the guy for you.
