Compression test - question re: results

Hello, its been a long time since I've posted and I'm not able to fish very much anymore due to family health problems. I know this is a frequent topic but need your comments on the following specifics; I'd appreciate your comments.

1994 Evinrude Intruder Model # E225TSLER. Serial # 03743267

New screw in compression guage; cold engine

#1, #3 = 110
#2, #5 = 105
#4 = 90
#6 = 95

I know about the 10% rule of thumb. The OMC Service Manual states +/- 15psi. Obviously, I'd like the two low #'s to be higher, but how much of an issue is this. Motor has not be decarbed since I purchased in 2004. Not much idle time, mostly 3/4 to wot. Not alot of hours per year either. Starts good and runs good.

Decarb her, I'll almost bet money those cyls will come up some. Then decarb once a year or 100 hours, which ever comes first.
