Good luck. I weighed myself the other day, and it read 197. I was stoked. I want to weigh about 215-225. In HS I weighed 195 during football, but lost it all. When I graduated from the acadamy, I only weighed 174....![]()
eat, eat, eat and did i mention eat?dont eat bull$hit food either...eat proteins...I am on the low carb diet now..and walking at night and going to start working out

You weigh close to 200?Must be your heighth. I wouldn't have pegged you for that much. I'm 195 right now. I was 208 at my biggest. Would like to get up to 210 or 215,(muscle that is, not fat) but I don't know if my frame can handle it.

Well I am up to a 193 as of yesterday. This is officially the heaviest I have ever been. Would like to hit 200 here in the next month.

267-272 Last I knew..............I was up to 295 last spring but I've watch food intake & tried exersizing.......can;t seem to find time to do it M-F with the kid & all...putting 10+ hours a day takes a lot from you too 7 makes you NOT want to walk or anything.....
I was 225 in HS with little football edging....I was up to 250 after couple years out of HS & just wenty up from here.
I've learned some new dance steps though....wanna see me go?

I was down to 190 3 years ago...benched 330 and jogged every damn day, quite the sexy individual..then i met my wonderful wife, had lots of sex and forgot about my eating...![]()
