Just think of all the FUEL that is used to supply the products commercial uses.......Automotive stuff is about the same way & if it's produced using anything petrolium based look out for price increases.........just an observer!

i'm having my guys take all this crap back and say stick it.

it's all stock at Salina Supply and i'll bet you its old stock.

I'll figure something else out or wait until the price goes back down.

    Re: Copper Prices (BLAAJA)

I was talking to someone and they said it was that high because of where we are having copper products produced. Something about the high price of Chinese copper or something. I think I have an a$$load of pennys that should be worth a hell of a lot more than $.01

    Re: Copper Prices (Jiggernaut)

Jason the vert. column is price, cents per pound.

Ryan that is not out of Power Point, it is a chart from a website. The charts I use with our trading software are much nicer, but I can't post them on here.

    Re: Copper Prices (TimS)

425 cents per pound. I think it is about time to start melting down my pennies. Sad part is we had close to a ton of copper tubing stashed at our farm that my grandpa salvaged from auctions over the years and sold it last year when it was worth next to nothing compared to now.

    Re: Copper Prices (Bassman24)

I remember seeing not too long ago that development builders were having a rash of thefts were the tubing and wiring was being ripped from houses. I see why now. That stuff is like gold (okay almost)

So you would spend $6k on something that makes it look older?????

Sorry if I miss the point here but I think most people would rather spend $6,000.00 to make something look better...................................or in the case of plastic surgery........Younger & more attractive

I understand the whole "rustic" thing but never really see the need for it.......if you want something to look older than it is why not buy used P.O.S stuff & put on it?
