tECHNICALITIES about my CDL then after the judge looked at the tape and watched and heard everything, said i wasn't that much under the influence and didmised the DUI charge.

So you have a CDL? How many DUI's can you get before you lose your CDL? Is it 2 or what is the rules on that.
i think you loose it for 1 year after the first
and for life after the 2nd
