Went out today to milford at 3:30 to 6:00
water temp is 41 to 43 on the south side of the lake
i put in at the state park and went to rolling hill area and the water was 41.5 and i didnt catch a thing
went up to the dam and the water was a constint 43 degree and just up toward the main part going to milford town still 41 to 43
being i was just trying to see if i got the leak fixed AND I DIDNT
not sure on the leak
i thought i sealed all the thur hull fittings but i guess not i also sealed the motor bolts i have a small pliece of fiberglass i need to patch less than a dime size
so i still hunting for it not going to give up
But i did make sure this time the Buildge pump works
but being a dumb azz i forgot to put in the PLUG first time and wont be the last
I have forgot my plug a few times too. If the water temp is 43 near the dam, then maybe by Saturday night the walleye will be there. Usually around 45 degrees and they start to spawn.
i know i trolled the dam and i didnt even get a hit on the finder at about 35 ft
