    Marine Boat Covers- Bob Ungry

Anyone else had trouble with this guy? I had him out to my place over a month and a half ago. Nice guy, seemed to know what he was doing. Took him longer than he said but he showed back up with my boat cover and said he didnt have the measurements for my motor anymore so he would have to get them and send the motor cover to me in the mail. I said no big deal and was happy with the boat cover so stupid me I paid him in full. Now its been over a month and I have received nothing. All my phone calls have been unanswered but one last week where I apparently just got him accidently answering. He made up some excuse about needing to get back to the shop to see if it was done he would call me right back. Surprise surprise no phone call.

I hate to call a fellow small business owner out like this but I cant stand people that run with my money. I hope this gets him to do what he promised.

Great guy i say he has just forgot. I have bought several from him without a issue. He makes most of the covers for Bass Pro in Clarksville. Stay after him. He is not a crook

Bob's a great guy. He does make all the covers for the boats sold at Basspro TMBC Clarksville.
He is just busy, stay after him. I'm not trying to make excuses for him. I expect timely service to. But he wont stand you up. You will get your motor cover.

If ever in the cover market again try

    Covers, Inc.
    6700 Artisan Way
    Louisville, KY 40228
    (502) 969-1119

They've done a pontoon top bimini and all and patched, cleaned and re-water proofed my 10 year old bass boat cover. Reasonable, prompt and no BS, no hastles.

Don't worry. Bob is not that kind of guy. Probably just "covered" up.
    He won't do you wrong.

Sounds to me like he has already been done wrong.

I just left my final email. He doesnt get me the motor cover by the end of the week im going to the BBB. I highly advice everyone else to use someone else. In over 6 weeks the man has never returned one call about his failure to get me the motor cover. Nor has he tried to make it right. If he was covered up and told me so and gave me a time to expect it I would be fine with that especially if he didnt already have payment in full for the boat cover and motor cover. Pretty sad this is how people run their businesses. I know its not how I run mine.
