    Just when you think customer service is a lost art form....

    ...you have an experience with Jet-A-Marina.

    Jet-A went above and beyond any expectations while repairing my 250 HPDI. I picked it up yesterday from Lois and the crew. I called ahead to ask them to have it pulled out front for me so that I could hook up and be on my way. I was attempting to make it to a little Thursday nighter out of Mineral Mound at the last minute and coming in from the other side of Nashville. Well, not only did they have the boat pulled out to the front for me, they had the cover off (which they had just put back on after the lake test), and had the batteries on charge! If that wasn't enough, while I quickly ran into the showroom to pick up a little accesories I had spied when I had originally dropped the boat off, they hooked up the boat to my truck as well. I went back to the tongue to start hooking up (I was in the showrooom for no more than 3 minutes) and somehow they had already gotten me hooked up and ready to hit the road. If they did this for a Skeeter guy, who knows how they treat the Rangers boys! LOL
    Hats off to the fine men and women at Jet-A-Marina. You have not seen the last of me.

    +1 they provided me much, much better service than the local Basscat dealer did for me and I'm a Basscat owner. They will be getting all my future service work. Not sure Rodney will ever be able to sell me a Ranger though.

    I'll take you Joe, after all i showed John every thing he knows about electronics and thingies
