    Sportsman's Warehouse Lexington

They were closed down when I moved here, but they have openned back up.

Anyone ever shop there? Do they have a nice selection? I've been going to Backwaters but I think their prices are a little high!

Yes they closed and re-opened about 3 weeks ago. I use to go there and will go back now that they are open. I rate them with Gander Mountain. Good store decent selection and decent prices

I had no idea they opened back up. They do have a decent selection and prices. I like to shop and Backwaters and support the local guy though. He's cut me a deal on some equipment in the past.

I buy from the one in Chattanooga TN when I go there for business. They have a hudge selection at that location. I'd rate it better than Gander Mountain and I've been to gander Mtn in Knoxville

I like the store pretty good Matt...went there once or twice and was always satisfied with the selection.

They've got a lot of stuff but it never fails, the color or specific bait I'm looking for they don't have. I also agree it's similar to the Gander Mtn. in Bowling Green.

They have good deals on things sometimes and the selection is great, some stuff i feel is overpriced tho. I was surprised that they reopened.

The prices don't seem that different, but the selection is much broader.

Here is what happened with the shutting down and opening back up. I was working with them before they closed down regarding their facility services and here is what my contact told me this am.....

"Yeah, I guess they had some of their stores sold off to a Canadian based company and on the 11th hour they backed out of some of the store locations (this being one of them). Sportsman's didn't plan on keeping this one, so they had to close the doors until they reorganized their distribution route to get product to them. Looks like they are doing great and will be there for good now!"

I didn't know Sportsman Warehouse reopened. Sportsmans warehouse replaced a broken Crucial rod on the spot no questions ask. Even let me change the model. I Have had real good service from Backwater also. I always tried Backwater first though .
