Summer pool on Rough is 495ft. Last Tuesday the 3rd it was at 507.5 ft. and as of this morning it is 510.8 ft. That is 15 1/2 ft. above summer pool. I would think it is going to take close to the end of the month to get close to summer pool. I think you might have to go down there and check the condition of the State Ramp and go out and see what kind of float is on the water. If those two things are in good shape I think people would show up.

The Ky Bass Federation Nation was there this past weekend. The ramp at State park was usable, but you could only launch one at a time. You had to back down from the lower parking lot but it worked ok. THe lower parking lot was partially submerged, Axtel looked to be more usable, but less parking. I didnt see debris and I covered from the McCoyRoff Rd bridge on the north fork to Cannons point on the river. The water color was suprisingly good considering how high it is.
