How'd this turn out? Where was it?
It was out of Conley Bottom, had 70 some boats. 1st place was 15lbs and it was won by Perry Nethery (spelling?).
There was also a South Central Open tournament on Sunday.
How much did it take to get in the money? We fished but didn't do very well.
Took around 6lbs. We had about 8 1/2 and threw it back thinking we wouldn't make any money
Also thought there were only 5 places being paid when they paid 12.
Needless to say.... LESSON LEARNED
We had a couple of keepers (3+ total). Everything turned off for us. Need to spend more time on the big C and learn some more parts of the lake
Fished the South Central Open on Sunday and we ended up winning it with 12 something. Pretty tough right now, but about average for c-land this time of year.
