    Etec fuel filter

    Is this something i can change out myself? This is the one that is on the motor itself.Itis a 2006 225 hp.

    You should be able to do it, just be careful with the sensor wires when removing and replacing it. It is a spon on type filter.

    remove the port motor pan to gain better access to the fuel filter. #502906 is the filter part number.
