That smell is from my boat. We stunk up Barkley Lake.![]()
What did it take to win? I tried to get the results from both of the websites but had no luck. No information regarding the outcome.![]()
Not confirmed, but I heard 18 won the FOM and 23 won the Jeta. We had 4 barely keepers.
We had 22 pounds Friday....then the freakin wind changed directions and we couldn't fish our spots. Caught fish all day both days but only managed 4 keepers that went 8.08. The last 20 minutes of the tourney, we lost 3 fish. My partner had a nice one on, didn't see it and it came unhooked. 2 minutes later I hooked a keeper that we both seen as it jumped and spit my lure back in our faces. Damnit!
17.12 won the FOM and that was with a 7.98 big fish. Second was 15.89 with four fish, two of them pigs. Daniel and I got third with 15.38. Very tough day but a fun weekend.
We fished the FOM, had over 100lbs of bass for 2 days, all 13"

Ramie Colson won the jetta......had 23.14 I think...Beng & myself had 3 fish for 11.3. Right quality but couldn't get 5.![]()
Good job Mike and Daniel. Glad everyone had a good time. What was the water temp reading?
Fishing was much more difficult on Saturday compare to Friday(prior to the storms). Had a limit fairly quickly on Friday, but only managed three for the tourney.
We fished the Jeta and had 2 fish for 8.4 lbs snapped one off and lost another 5 at the boat. Then had around 50 of the 14" fish which where just on FIRE!!! Never could really find a group of big fish and seemed like you had to stick all the small fish to get them to stop biting long enough to get a big bite. Did have a nice 3lb smallie swimming a jig.
