RANGER!!! Kinda happy but kinda sad... Either way, I guess I'm going to be boat-less back seat trash for a while. Haven't been around BBC much, as work has me pretty tied up. That's about the way my fishing went since I took this job as well. Since I haven't used it since August, I figured I could find something else to waste my money on until I get the itch back! I may be bugging some of you guys for a trip every now and then, so keep me in mind if you need a back-seater sometime!

One good thing though - I now have a spot to park the truck where I don't have to scrape ice in the mornings!

I've always heard the best 2 days of boat ownership are the day you buy it and the day you sell it. Congrats on the sale but it still leaves a kind of empty feeling huh? I'm finally going to get mine fixed this spring and I'm not going to fish a lot of T's so anytime you want to go just give me a shout man.

Sorry to hear you've sold your boat Brad...but I would wager you will get another one soon. I've not been without a boat for over 40 years! Even if the first one was only a 12' V bottom with a 5hp motor on it! If you ever get down this way...let me know...you'd always be welcome to go fishing with me.

Sold mine a few months ago along with my 5th wheel. Going to get another boat soon but will be smaller and possibly even aluminum. This economy sucks.

Thats about what I'm looking for. I honestly have not looked or even checked any of them out over the net. The only aluminums we ever had were john boats when I was pretty young and river fishing.

Taylorsville is one tough nut to crack - cracked it once on a jig bite, and it was awesome! All other times have been not so good... Come on man, help a brother out!

I"ve fished that stupid place several times....never in the winter though....and have had 2 good days out there. The other times I'd been better off pounding whiskey and watching paint dry.
