The temp. in Barbourville dropped yesterday from an unreal 60 to 40 in twenty minutes. I'm 1.5 hours west and it never got over 36 here all day. We got our cell phone reception back, but almost 350,000 people are without electricity in Central Ky.

We lost power at around 6:30 yesterday afternoon and they are saying it will be back on someday
