    Embarrassing

Tonight's drubbing should be (but prolly won't be) the final straw for Brooks & Co. Other than beating Loserville it's been a terrible year. Losing yet again to the Ol Ball Coach Superior I know injuries take a big toll, but we have no leadership. I still see Little League mistakes every game (arm tackling for instance). When you have your only legit running back/receiver playing QB AND returning kickoffs and punts then sumpin is WRONG......he may have sold popcorn at halftime, too

get ready for a bowl game ass thumping Maybe next year newton can lead us to the promise land....realistically we are looking at the 10-11 season before we are SEC competitors again.

I wish Mitchy would step up and say NO WAY! to a fricken bowl game. We are not worthy to play a bowl game imho. What if Senor Cobb was to get hurt on the opening KO..... I bleed blue, born and raised 20 minutes south of the stadium, always be a UK fan, but this fiasco has been embarrassing!

Herb, no offense man, but I bet you were singing Brooks' praises when we were ranked #6 last year. Look at the class we graduated last year and the injuries we have had to deal with this year, we didnt stand much of a chance. I agree that we should have pulled out a couple of those close SEC games (South Carolina really stands out), but we gave #1 Alabama all they wanted at their place and gave preseason #1 Georgia all they wanted. I understand your disappointment, but you have to look at how far the program has came and the bright future we have with next year's recruiting class before you go saying we should fire the coach. Just my .02, but I think things are definitely headed in the right direction.

...and it could be worse. We could be like that other in state school, have Krapthorpe as our head coach, and have our program going from BCS contender to the toilet.

I was singing his praises and still respect the man, and I still bleed blue. I think he has injected some class and validity to the program. Beating Loserville was the high point for me
I just reread my initial post, it was more negative than I realized or intended. I figured the anti-Brooks group would scream for his head like they did for Tubby. I just hope one day we can beat the Ol Ball Coach before I die I'm worried about a bowl game with Cobb gimpy, though

Yeah we will have lots of problems without Cobb on the field somewhere. On to bball... if BCG starts Michael Porter tonight I am afraid it will be the end for my old TV set, because I am going to throw something through the screen.

The roundball gang is on the verge of being a contender, but they'll take their lumps this year, hopefully come around 'bout March
