Steve, we did no good on friday, saturday we weighed 12.50 ponds and sunday about 5.50 We won our club classic, felt real good about, not big bags but fishing was tough. Jeff

i saw a pistol you need to carry for snakes that want to get in the boat with you. it's a revolver called a THUNDER 5 and it shoots 410 shotgun shells.

Always think big,,,,a truly aggressive Banded Water Snake,,,I have seen them while frog gigging with sunfish in their mouths that they can't get down...

cool pic. I guess if he gets that cat down, he'll be good till hibernation time.

I used to have a little pet watersnake when I was a kid, and I also had some baby mudcats that I caught in the same tank, that snake would eat those and it took two days to get it to go down.

With catfish you gotta go headfirst, I think once ya get past the dorsal or side spines on a cat, it ain't coming back out the way it went in.
