I've had my "new to me" boat for about a month now, and have had it in the water 2 times. The first time I put it in the water, I cranked it right up, let it warm up for a few minutes, put the throttle to it and drove all over the lake and it ran like a champ. Loaded the boat back up, came back home. Boat sat for 2 weeks, took it back to the lake, attempted to do the same thing and liked to have never got the boat to crank...yes, I primed the bulb both times. After I got it to crank, when I'd put throttle to it, it would just bog down and barely move. If I opened the throttle wide open, it would die. If you just held it at about 1/4 throttle and bareley moved along for about 2 minutes, finally, it would pick up and run great... When you'd stop, turn the engine off and fish for a while, same deal over again...
What could have happened between the first and second time I had it in the water?
