Going to Patoka tomorrow for 2 or 3 days. Anyone been there lately? Probably it's tough there as usual. I plan to fish the edges of weed beds on the main lake. Anyone got any better ideas?

I have one idea but I'm sure you don't want to hear itit is the same thing you would have to use at the Ville' this time of year......you know its kind of loud and makes water going flying way up in the air.....fish literally come flying in the boat

Last tournament I fished their we weighed in four 8 lbs and some change, but we caught fish all day. In the back of painters creek throwing a red and black Yozuri Rattlin Vibe, ripping it through the weeds. Hope this helps. Oh winning weight was 20 or 21 lbs. Also heard alot came from deep water over 20 ft on jigs.
