How Shallow can you Run?
Yup I am going to take this weekend off from fishin. Hang out at the local private small lake with a 3 tier dock (awesome jumping down from 2-3 stories up) swim and play volleyball. Should be fun!!
I'll probably be dumb enough to get out there this weekend. I haven't fished for 3 weeks and I'm dying.Added a few things to the boat that I need to test out before the next T too.
I have no plans to go to the lake. The wife and I might go down to Brookville without my boat and watch people try to launch for a while. That's always good for a few laughs on a holiday weekend.

I'm doing that tommorow afternon Bill. It's anual ritual for me and a couple of buddies. It's hillarious to watch these people who only use their boats twice a year. No telling how much money it costs them after they hit everything within a quarter mile trying to load the boat.
I am catching to many fish to let a bunch of dum dums run me off the lakes, fishing is the best it has been in a number of years right now on both lakes. I will fish tomorrow below the dams though praticing for a tournament in a few weeks. The water is as low as i ever seem it below the dams right now.
This afternoon while I was out in the yard doing some work I saw several boats pass buy the house. One of them was at least 30ft long and had 3 inboards sticking out the back. Green River Lake is not large enough for those types of boats...must be overflow traffic scared to go to Lake Cumberland. I am fishing in a open tournament tomorrow and I can just imagine that boat doing circles while trying to hold steady on a drop
If it had tripples it is probably more like a 40 something like a 42 fountain. I had a 31 foot Cigarette when I lived in FL and you could not get tripples till you got in to the 40's
I am also staying away from the lakes and river this weekend. Was thinking of heading over to Tanners to watch them launch as well but I am sure it is better at BVILL
