Feb 3rd Tourney/Rooms

For anybody that is going and is interested.....to get a room at the lodge call 1-800-325-2282 and tell them you are with the Trooper Island Tourney and need a room. The rate should be $40.00

We were going to have a buffet set up and/or country style meal served to our group but frankly, I am not the organizer or networker that Daleo is and it got to be too big a pain in my butt. They needed headcounts, definite times, partial payments and stuff like that. That kind or organizing is not my gig sooooooooooo the restaranut will be open until 8 p.m. (LAKE TIME...Central) or 9 p.m. Eastern time if anybody wants to go there and order off of the menu. Eric Stone is who you need to see to sign up. He will be eating with me at the lodge at 7 p.m. EASTERN TIME. When the lodge closes he will head back to the island. If anybody wants to meet us there you can get registered then....if not you have to register at 6 a.m on Saturday morning at the mess hall on the island.

After I stuff my face I will be partaking in and playing cards with anybody who likes to bluff alot.

Yeah...we did not get enough people calling to actually qualify for a group rate so they had to give them to us at state employee rates.

#1, If you're getting live bait, get it at Strange's on the way in Friday.

#2, We go no matter what the temp.

#3, We have used the ramp in single digits, 4 wheel drive helps.
