How about a little love for the ONLY undefeated team and the ZERO chance they had at even a shot at the championship. Screw BCS!!! Go to playoffs and make it fair. Nice job Florida, even though I hate Florida teams (Husker fan).

I was for Florida all the way, hate to see anyone make a clean sweep. SEC had some really good teams this year. not to mention KY having a great year. I get so much lip from my Cardinal Fan fishing buddy...

Uhhh, Florida was not undefeated this year. Ohio State and Boise were the only two until yesterday and now there is only one....Boise State.

As far as being over hyped, you don't go 12 and 0 anywhere without having an excellent team! Florida beat the pants off of them last night and deserves to be National Champ...no doubt about it. However, I am not sure that either of those two teams would ever show up again. In other words I don't think it is possible for Florida to play that PERFECT again and I don't think the Buckeyes could play that poorly. I am NOT saying that Ohio State would win in a rematch I just think it might be a better game. Doesn't matter in the end though as all that matters is last night and Florida is the champ.

Billy, what's all of this belly aching about the SEC won't get the credit they deserve?? Everyone who knows anything about football knows that the SEC is one of the 2 or 3 best football conferences year in and year out and many times the best. They're just not the ONLY conference who plays some good football so the media can't talk about them all the time...they have to give a little air time to someone else!

Hats off to Florida...they played perhaps the greatest half of football I have ever witnessed against a quality opponent. LSU absolutely scorched ND (even though they should not have been playing ND....should have been playing Louisville! Tell me that would not have been exciting!) This means that you had 2 of the 4 teams playing the the 2 biggest bowls of the year!!

PLUS....you guys got the National Championship Trophy...what else do you want??
