Dicks by Fayette Mall in Lexington

If anyone plans on going to this store for fishing gear good luck. They have about 4 rows of fishing gear and even that gear is limited. The baits they do have are only small crankbaits and honestly they have less than what most walmarts have. Well they did have some monsterous rapala's.

Anyways just wanted to warn everyone that is a waste of time to go there you would be better off going to the Dicks in Hamburg bait selection is much better at this store. Unless you need some musky baits...they have those at the Fayette mall store.

The Dick's at Oxmoor has an awesome seledtion of fishing gear. It is bigger than most but they have at least 12 rows of stuff. Let me know what you need and I will grab it.

Heck, us in Southern Indiana have got the best of both worlds - Bass Pro and Dicks - both in the same parking lot!!!

Billy....Sportsman's warehouse will be open in three months. I have talked with several folks around the country and some of them like it better than BPS. I can say from watching them build it everday.....it is going to be gigantic.

It is going to be on the corner of Winchester Road and Sir Barton Way. It is about a 1/2 mile off of I-75 at the Winchester exit. It is also about one mile from my house It sits right in front of the gigantic Lowe's and Walmart they are almost done building. Mollie talked to the developer and he said the Grand opening was going to be at the end of March which is in contrast to Billie's info. Maybe it is wishful thinking but that is what we are getting. I have never been in one of them but I am told they rival BPS and have awesome selections of outdoor clothes.
