My trim gauge on my 1994 Ev. Intruder 150 broke. Had it replaced with OMC part and now it wont go to the full up or full down position. the tech tried to adjust it but couldn't make it work. I had a friend try and he couldn't fix it either. The first guy had another unit and that one did the same. Any ideas. Thanks.
