    Re: West Boggs Tournaments (TR21Bassin)

We better start getting some rain or the lake wont have enough water in it for the 5th. I went a couples of weeks ago and couldn't get the boat in. They were still draining the lake.

    Re: West Boggs Tournaments (kenny)

They have stopped draining the lake and it is high enough to launch a boat. A friend of mine went last week and this week. However, they have cancelled the tournament on 3/5 due to lack of PreRegistration.

No, his was an 18 foot G3 but he said a fiberglass shouldn't be a problem. I would use the ramp on the far left and be careful when backing down the ramp. I was able to launch my TR21 last year about this time and according to Andrew its about the same level as this time last year.

I went up last week to run a new 1752 I bought with a 9.9 seen a couple glass boats then. Level is about where it was when we were fishing tourneys last year.
Watch the ramps they have wash outs off the concrete. We used the far east ramp.

    Kenny,

It was nice to meet you yesterday. You didn't mention that even though you only caught 3 fish you won the Tournament. We had 21 team with 15 fished weighed in. 1st through 3rd place each had 3 fish, 1 boat with 2 and 4 boats with 1. Tough day but great to be out.

The ramp was a little rough but just take your time. If I can launch my TR21 no one should have any problems.

    Re: West Boggs Tournaments (PushNit)

Had a good time and so far we've always had some great people fish our tournaments with no major complaints. You know there is always someone out there complaining about something. I don't think Andrew is going to try and do anything this weekend because of the weather. We'll be back at Boggs on the 19th and 20th for tournaments. Look forward to seeing you.

I'm not sure if Kenny fishes Boggs a lot or not. I know myself and Randy Granderson, my normal partner, are going to start fishing it more this year than in the past.

    Re: West Boggs Tournaments (TR21Bassin)

There was a guy and his dad that would place at the top every time last year, from that area. His name I thought was Kenny. They fished out of a Stratos or a alum boat. Pretty dam tough on that lake. Beat us out of first several times the last few years.

I don't remember what Kenny was fishing out of but I don't think it was his dad he was fishing with.

    Kenny,

Is this you that M.H. is describing? If so I have to watch out for you at Boggs?

    Re: West Boggs Tournaments (kenny)

I thought that might be you. Its my girlfriend. Rumor has it at the baitshop someone had over 20lb on main lake cranking. Dont know the guy. He done this before tourney and I dont think he was in the tourney. You guys need to look at the forum on the LOUNGE and look at the Title that has hawgs in it. Some where in Texas. Now get this 198 boats 150 I think had the limit and it took 30+ to win. And I thought Boggs was unreal. You got to look this up and look at the weight the boats had. Think it was 5 fish limit to. Cant fish until the 26th and will fish the one on April 24th at Boggs just cant get off from work.
Oh congrad. Kenny on the win.
