    another cool hub question

    i have an 06 rangertrail,with the cool hubs,im gonna change the oil this weekend,one question is how full do you refill,i see alot of post that say fill to top ,with no air bubbles,but my quwstion being is,the clear caps have 2 marks about 1/2 up way that say min fill level and max fill level right now they are in between,so wich is it ? thanks in advance

    Get one of the kids syringes from the pharmacy. Use that to ease it in there.

    Ranger used 2 types of COOL Hubs. The old ones, like mine, require that the oil reservoir be completely full. The new ones, like yours only requires that the oil be between the lines on the sight glass. Don't mess with yours...they are OK. Change the oil when it gets very milky or when you see a leak and have to install a new seal.
