    Bow Roller Adjustment ????

My boat has had a messed up winch/bow stop system sense I've owned it. I finally found the correct winch to go with the trailer, it uses a Profile 2000 winch system. So today I put the new winch setup on there but when I got the where my bow roller is sitting I'm not sure it's just right...looks like it may be a hair low but if I pick it up more it wants to lift the bow.

What do you guys think of this adjustment?
