BLOWN Trailer Tire, Please help-thank you

Blew a tire driving over a small divet on the hwy
    and it's un-repairable.

The spare was put on just fine but would like to
know if I should buy a new pair or can I just
replace the blown tire and use it as my new spare?

Obviously the tread would be unequal so I'm concerned.

    Sincerely,

    1st Time Ranger

Since you have to buy a new tire anyway, put the new one on the ground and use the one with the least tread as your spare.

check all you tires. You may just find you need 2 anyway (dry rot & age). then use the best of the rest as the spare.
