Going from drum to disk breaks and would like to know what the differance is in the A60. I think with drum there is no use for the solenoid.
And with disk, you need to hook up the blue wire(from the solenoid) to back up light? Am I close???? Thanks

I think the only difference is the Master Cylinder as the drum brakes may require a different pressure.
You are correct on the backup light wire to the solenoid.
I just ordered a new A-60 inner slide unit for my 11 year old trailer with disk brakes.
This place has the parts and manuals online in PDF files.

Actually all component internally are the same. The drum master cylinder has a plug where the return line goes if a solenoid is added for discs. All master cylinders on UFP actuators are the same.
