You should have a rubber plug in the center of the hub, pull out that plug and the oil should be to the bottom of the hole the plug goes in. 50 wt Valvoline Motor Racing Oil is what you use or any 50 wt motor oil. Valvoline is the easiest to find. You drain them by taking a big pair of channel locks and there is a flat spot on the sides of the plastic hub that has the rubber plug in it, take the channel locks and turn that plastic hub counter clock wise and it will screw off. There is a "O" ring on the back of the plastic hub, make sure it is in good shape when you put it back on.

No I sure don't, if you jack up your trailer and take a tire off, your pictures is right there, just as I described. Sorry.
