Can you tell me what the weight rating is on the (5 leaf) leaf springs that came on my trailer? These are on a 2002 EZ-Loader single axle trailer.
I think they might be 1875 each side for 3750 total wt. But I'm not sure.
Thanks.

Can you find the sticker on the trailer that tells it's max weight ? I think it will give you the axle weight rating on it. Springs should be ~ 1/2 of that each.
You can have different weight ratings available on a spring, even though the length, arch, and # of springs are the same depending on how they are constructed.
You may have to resort to calling the manufacturer and giving them the serial # off the trailer for them to tell you.

The sticker on the trailer is how I came up with the 3750.
The fenders have always looked to close to the finders but lately I have had the tires rub under the fenders. I don't think I have much more weight than I ever had in the boat. When they hit the first time I only had about 1/2 tank of gas.
