My trailer came with car tires, same as all Bass Cat trailers and I have never had a problem with heat. My guess would be low air pressure...
Car tires might be OK when a tandem axles used to carry the weight. Not on single axles.

He didn't state how many axels he had now did he???
I'm talking about you promoting "Car" tires on a trailer.... Not really reccomended by many trailer companies or bass boat brands... BassCat is a minority. And I'm sure others with tandems are fine with car tires.... But they are not rated the same.

I didn't promote anything and just stated a fact and I already knew the difference...excuse me for forgetting that you knew everything about anything and were the "All Knowing God of BBC".... Maybe everyone should just address their questions to you, God forbid anyone should give an answer to a question that you don't approve of.![]()

Whatever Mike, I responded to the post based on the question, nothing more nothing less, you chose to make it personal by posting the link as if I didn't know the difference. I have seen you do the same thing to others as well, maybe you need to try to make others look dumb so you can look smarter.
As stated before, I responded to the post as it was written, he didn't state if it was a single or dual axel trailer so I answered based on my experience in the matter which was low tire pressure. I think if you look the first "ignorant" post was yours...
